Located in Birmingham's business district, our office is easily accessible by public transport and within walking distance of major hotels.
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Sunday: Closed
During peak travel seasons (June through September), we extend Saturday hours until 6:00 PM. Bank holidays follow Sunday schedule unless otherwise announced.

We respond to all email inquiries within 24 hours during business days. For urgent matters received outside business hours, expect replies by the next working day morning.

By Bus: Multiple routes serve Colmore Row including numbers 101, 102, and 103. Stop directly outside our building.
By Car: Limited street parking available. We recommend the Snowhill Car Park, a 5-minute walk from our location.
